We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Crop Planting Laborer to join our agricultural team in Lucerne. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to work outdoors and contribute to the growth and harvesting of various crops. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks related to crop cultivation, including preparing soil, planting seeds and seedlings, and assisting with general field maintenance. We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. English speaking ability is essential for clear communication within our diverse team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Prepare soil beds for planting by tilling, fertilizing, and leveling.
• Plant seeds, seedlings, and young plants by hand or using small tools.
• Assist with irrigation systems, ensuring crops receive adequate water.
• Perform general field maintenance, including weeding, thinning, and pest control.
• Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with harvesting activities as needed, including picking and gathering crops.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in fields and storage areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English.
