We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coffee Roastery Helper to join our team in Cuxhaven. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn about the coffee roasting process and contribute to the production of high-quality coffee. The successful candidate will assist our experienced roasters with various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. As this role involves working closely with a diverse team, excellent English communication skills are essential.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist senior roasters with the preparation and handling of green coffee beans.
• Monitor roasting equipment and processes under supervision.
• Package roasted coffee beans accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning machinery and general roastery areas.
• Load and unload materials, including green coffee and finished products.
• Perform quality checks on beans and packaged coffee.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and food hygiene standards.
• Support inventory management by assisting with stock checks and material handling.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25kg.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
