Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Community Association Manager to join our property management team in Wiesbaden. This role is crucial for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to various Homeowners‘ Associations (HOAs) and residential communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of community operations, fostering positive relationships with residents and board members, and maintaining the highest standards of property management excellence. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA board members, residents, and vendors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of community notices, newsletters, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate and attend HOA board meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record minutes.
  • Oversee the enforcement of community rules and regulations, issuing violation notices and follow-ups as necessary.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and supervising service delivery for maintenance, landscaping, and other community services.
  • Support the financial management of HOAs, including budget preparation, review of invoices, and monitoring accounts receivable.
  • Facilitate communication between residents, board members, and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with community standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized community records and documentation.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience in property management, community association management, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Certification in community association management (e.g., from a recognized property management institute).
  • Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management platforms.
  • Knowledge of local German property laws and regulations related to HOAs/condominiums.
