We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Greenhouse Worker to join our innovative indoor farming facility in Münster. In this hands-on role, you will be crucial to the daily operations of our vertical farm, ensuring the health and productivity of our crops. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sustainable agriculture, even with no prior experience in greenhouse or indoor farming. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment for growth.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform daily care tasks for crops, including seeding, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting.
• Monitor plant health, identifying and reporting any signs of disease, pests, or nutrient deficiencies.
• Operate and maintain indoor farming equipment, including hydroponic systems and climate control devices.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols within the growing environment.
• Record data accurately on plant growth, yield, and environmental conditions.
• Assist with inventory management of supplies, seeds, and nutrients.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety and occupational health.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of plant biology or a strong willingness to learn.
• Good physical stamina, capable of lifting up to 25 kg and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a similar field (e.g., gardening, landscaping).
• Familiarity with hydroponic or aeroponic growing systems.
• Knowledge of German language.
• Forklift certification (not essential, but a plus for logistics tasks).
