We are seeking a highly motivated Hybrid Medical Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team in Vöcklabruck. This role is crucial in bridging scientific expertise with commercial strategy, ensuring the accurate and timely dissemination of medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our life sciences portfolio, contributing to medical education, and fostering scientific exchange within the therapeutic areas. This is a hybrid position, combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility of remote work.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and maintain deep scientific expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and relevant products.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare professionals to facilitate scientific exchange and gather insights.
• Provide accurate, balanced, and evidence-based medical information in response to unsolicited requests.
• Contribute to the development and review of medical education materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Support the planning and execution of medical affairs activities, including advisory boards, symposia, and scientific meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Monitor and analyze scientific literature, clinical trial data, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and company policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in a life science discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or a related scientific role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting scientific data and medical literature.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
