We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Leather Goods Rivet Setter to join our production team in Hamm. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for meticulously attaching rivets to various leather components, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic perfection of our high-quality luxury leather products. This position requires excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining our exacting standards of craftsmanship. No prior German language skills are required for this role, as primary communication will be facilitated in English.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate manual and semi-automatic riveting machines to attach metal rivets to leather components.
• Carefully position and secure leather pieces according to design specifications and production guidelines.
• Inspect finished riveted areas for proper alignment, tightness, and cosmetic appearance, ensuring no damage to the leather.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on riveting equipment as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the production supervisor promptly.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
