We are seeking an experienced and innovative Music Producer to join our dynamic recording studio team in Wiener Neudorf. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of music theory, audio engineering, and production techniques across various genres. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from pre-production and tracking to mixing and mastering, ensuring the highest quality output for our diverse roster of artists. This role requires a creative visionary with strong technical skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with musicians and engineers.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and manage recording sessions, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal performance from artists.
• Collaborate with artists to develop their sound, arrangements, and overall creative vision.
• Oversee all stages of music production, including pre-production, tracking, editing, mixing, and mastering.
• Operate and maintain professional audio equipment, software, and studio technology.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to musicians during recording sessions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting high artistic and technical standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, production techniques, and audio technologies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Music Producer in a professional recording studio environment.
• Expertise in Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or FL Studio.
• Strong understanding of sound engineering principles, acoustics, and signal flow.
• Excellent musicality, arrangement skills, and a keen ear for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with artists and other production team members.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
