Join our dedicated team as a Parsley Farm Assistant in Spreitenbach. This vital role involves supporting all aspects of parsley cultivation, from planting and tending to harvesting and preparing for market. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for agriculture, who is comfortable working outdoors and can communicate effectively in English. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of parsley crops.
• Perform weeding, watering, and soil maintenance tasks as directed.
• Operate small farm machinery and tools safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
• Inspect plants for signs of pests or disease and report findings to the farm manager.
• Help with packaging and preparing harvested parsley for distribution to various outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm areas, tools, and equipment.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and quality standards established by the cooperative.
