We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Munich. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the structural design and analysis of various complex projects within our infrastructure and industrial sectors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, stability, and integrity of our designs, from conceptualization through to detailed engineering and construction support. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of projects, including industrial facilities, energy infrastructure, and complex building structures.
• Develop detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications in accordance with relevant national and international codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes).
• Utilize advanced structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, RFEM, STAAD.Pro) to model and optimize designs.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to support construction activities and resolve structural issues.
• Participate in design reviews and provide expert technical input.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, RFEM, or similar.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics, material properties, and relevant design codes (e.g., Eurocodes, DIN standards).
• Experience with concrete, steel, and composite structure design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit Structure).
• Knowledge of German building codes and regulations.
• Experience in the design of heavy industrial structures, power plants, or complex infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with seismic design principles.
• Proficiency in German language (written and spoken).
