We are seeking a highly motivated Working Student in Political Science to join our dynamic team in Aschaffenburg. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical business context, contributing to projects that often have significant political, social, and economic implications. You will support our consulting teams by conducting research, analyzing policy, and helping prepare strategic documents. We welcome applications from students who are proficient in English, as it will be a primary language for research and communication in many tasks.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct in-depth research on political developments, public policy, regulatory changes, and geopolitical trends relevant to client projects.
• Analyze complex political and socio-economic data to identify key insights and potential impacts.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports, presentations, and policy briefs for internal teams and clients.
• Monitor media, academic publications, and official government communications for relevant information.
• Support project management and administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to internal knowledge management initiatives by documenting research findings and best practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, European Studies, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
