We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Working Student to join our dynamic Visual Design team in Offenbach am Main. This is an exceptional opportunity for a student passionate about visual communication to gain hands-on experience within a leading global technology company. You will play a crucial role in supporting our design initiatives, contributing to various projects, and helping to maintain visual consistency across a range of internal and external materials. Strong English communication skills are essential as you will be working in an international team environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the creation of compelling visual assets for marketing materials, presentations, digital platforms, and internal communications.
• Support the design team with image editing, icon creation, graphic illustration, and layout adjustments for various projects.
• Ensure brand guidelines and visual identity standards are consistently applied across all visual outputs.
• Conduct research on current design trends, best practices, and competitor activities, presenting findings to the team.
• Prepare design files for production, ensuring they meet technical specifications for print and digital media.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, marketing specialists, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Contribute to the organization and maintenance of internal design documentation, asset libraries, and digital files.
• Participate actively in design reviews, offering constructive feedback and incorporating input from the team.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of core design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design capabilities, which may include academic projects, personal work, or previous internships.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration in an international setting.
• Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality visual solutions.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working with corporate branding guidelines and style guides in a professional or academic context.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• A foundational understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is considered a plus.
• Previous experience as a working student or intern in a design-related role within a corporate environment.
