We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical English Speaking Supply Chain Planner to join our dynamic team in Wuppertal. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from our office and remotely, allowing you to optimize our global supply chain operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, managing inventory, and collaborating with international stakeholders to meet production demands and customer expectations.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, implement, and optimize supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock to ensure product availability while minimizing excess.
• Collaborate closely with international production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain activities.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in supply chain projects.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for international communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle SCM, or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of the German language is a plus for local team integration.
• Project management experience within a supply chain context.
