Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated support to our expatriate employees. This 100% remote role is crucial in helping our international team members navigate life in a new country, ensuring their focus remains on their professional contributions. You will be the primary point of contact for various administrative, logistical, and personal support needs, helping to make their transition and ongoing stay as seamless as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about global mobility and providing exceptional service.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with relocation logistics such as finding suitable accommodation, school research, and local registration processes.
  • Conduct research on local services, amenities, cultural nuances, and community resources.
  • Facilitate communication with service providers (e.g., banks, landlords, utility companies) on behalf of expats.
  • Offer guidance on local customs, transportation, healthcare, and leisure activities.
  • Handle various ad-hoc requests to simplify daily life for expatriates and their families.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and tasks.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a client-facing support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) and other virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
  • High degree of cultural sensitivity and empathy towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Prior experience supporting expatriates or in global mobility services.
  • Familiarity with German administrative processes and local services in Germany.
  • Additional language proficiency (especially German) is a plus.
  • Experience with project management software or CRM systems.
