Join our dedicated team as a Window Blind Assembler in Spiez. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work. No prior knowledge of German is required, as we foster an inclusive and multilingual environment. You will be responsible for assembling various types of window blinds according to specifications, ensuring high quality and precision in every product. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success and growth within our company.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assemble window blinds, shades, and other window treatment products according to design specifications and production schedules.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect components for defects and ensure quality control throughout the entire assembly process.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials such as fabric, aluminum, and plastic with precision.
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions accurately to produce high-quality products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
