Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented English Speaking Content Reviewer to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content across Google’s various platforms to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and policies. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere within Germany. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining a safe online environment will be essential in upholding Google’s standards for content quality and user safety.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) in English against established guidelines and policies.
• Identify and accurately categorize content violations, including but not limited to hate speech, misinformation, graphic violence, and spam.
• Make consistent and objective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior reviewers or specialized teams when necessary.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve guidelines and tools.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
• Stay updated with policy changes and product updates.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• Comfortable working with sensitive and potentially disturbing content on a regular basis.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.
• Strong ethical compass and commitment to online safety.
