Are you a proactive and curious individual with a passion for technology and product development? Dynatrace is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Product Management Intern to join our dynamic SaaS team in Ottakring, Vienna. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of product management within a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will work closely with experienced Product Managers, contributing to the lifecycle of our cutting-edge SaaS products, from ideation to launch and iteration. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and contribute to products used by global enterprises.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist Product Managers in defining and documenting product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and new features.
• Support the product development process, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Help prepare product presentations, documentation, and training materials.
• Monitor product performance and assist in analyzing key metrics to drive informed decisions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle or SaaS principles.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
• Prior internship or project experience in a technology-related field.

• Passion for cloud technologies, AI, and enterprise software.
