We are seeking a motivated and reliable Anise Farm Helper to join our team in Erfurt. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and are keen to learn about organic farming methods. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of anise and other crops, ensuring the highest standards of quality. English speaking ability is essential for effective communication within our diverse team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of anise and other crops.
• Perform general farm maintenance, including weeding, watering, and soil preparation.
• Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools safely.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues to the farm supervisor.
• Participate in post-harvest activities such as cleaning, sorting, and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English.
