DAM (Deutsche Angelgeräte Manufaktur), a leading name in fishing tackle, is seeking a talented Fishing Lure Painter to join our production team in Hof, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our innovative fishing lures to life through intricate and precise hand-painting techniques. We are looking for passionate individuals eager to contribute to our product quality, and importantly, no prior German language skills are required for this position. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Hand-paint fishing lures with various patterns, colors, and finishes according to design specifications.
• Ensure consistency and high-quality artistic detail on all painted lures.
• Prepare lures for painting, including cleaning and priming surfaces.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and effects.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to identify and correct any imperfections.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize painting processes and techniques.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards at all times.
