We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented English-speaking intern to join our Release Management team in Opfikon, Zürich. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the critical process of software release management within a global technology leader. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the coordination, planning, and execution of software releases, ensuring smooth deployment and high-quality delivery. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in IT operations, project management, or software development lifecycles.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of software release activities.
• Support the documentation of release procedures, deployment plans, and post-release reports.
• Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure smooth release cycles.
• Help track release progress, identify potential risks, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication channels between various stakeholders regarding release status and upcoming changes.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings, providing updates on assigned tasks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of release management processes and tools.
