We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Tarragon Harvest Workers to join our team for the upcoming season in Emmen. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a physically active role. No prior experience with tarragon harvesting or knowledge of German is required; full training will be provided. You will be responsible for the careful harvesting, sorting, and packing of fresh tarragon, ensuring our high standards of quality are consistently met. This role is crucial to our operations and offers a chance to contribute directly to delivering premium herbs to our customers.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully harvest tarragon by hand, following specific quality and size guidelines.
• Sort and clean harvested tarragon, removing any debris or imperfect leaves.
• Assist with the packaging of tarragon into designated containers for transport.
• Monitor crop quality and report any issues or abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the field and packing shed.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Operate basic farm equipment or tools as required (training provided).
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.

• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, rain, wind).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
