We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hybrid Tokenomics Design Specialist to join our innovative Blockchain team. This role is pivotal in shaping the economic models and utility of our blockchain-based products and ecosystems. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing tokenomics frameworks that ensure long-term sustainability, engagement, and value creation for our users and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of economic principles, blockchain technology, and game theory, with a proven ability to translate complex concepts into practical and robust token designs.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and develop comprehensive tokenomics models for new and existing blockchain projects, including utility tokens, governance tokens, and NFTs.
• Conduct detailed economic analysis, simulations, and modeling to predict token behavior, identify potential vulnerabilities, and optimize value capture mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, legal counsel, and marketing teams to integrate tokenomics designs with product features and business objectives.
• Author and contribute to whitepapers, technical documentation, and community-facing materials explaining tokenomics in clear and concise language.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes in the blockchain and crypto space to inform and adapt tokenomics strategies.
• Develop and implement on-chain governance mechanisms and incentive structures to foster community participation and decentralization.
• Present complex tokenomics concepts and their implications to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in tokenomics design, economic modeling, or quantitative finance within the blockchain industry.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and simulation tools (e.g., Python, R, Excel).
• Solid grasp of microeconomics, macroeconomics, game theory, and behavioral economics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with whitepaper creation and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks impacting digital assets and blockchain technology.
