Join our innovative international start-up environment as a Full Stack Web Developer. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications that power our global operations. Working across the entire software development lifecycle, you’ll contribute to both front-end and back-end systems, solving complex challenges and directly impacting millions of customers. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with collaborative on-site days at our Wittenberg hub.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and maintain highly responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
• Design, implement, and manage robust back-end services and APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Solid back-end development experience with Node.js (preferred), Python, or Go.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in an e-commerce or logistics-focused environment.
