Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Wiener Neustadt. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and providing comprehensive support to our employees and HR business partners across various international departments. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a strong understanding of HR administrative functions, eager to contribute to a world-leading technology company.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage employee data in HR information systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and general employee changes.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, references, and certificates.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data and changes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain digital and physical HR records in an organized and confidential manner.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role (2+ years).
- Strong organizational skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Austrian labor law.
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Experience working in an international company or technology sector.
