We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mushroom Harvesting Operative to join our team in Bad Vöslau. This is a year-round, full-time position crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the timely and careful harvesting of our diverse mushroom varieties. You will work as part of a close-knit team, contributing to the consistent quality and freshness of our products. This role requires attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to perform physical tasks in a controlled environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully harvest various types of mushrooms according to company quality standards and picking protocols.
• Inspect mushrooms for quality, size, and ripeness, discarding any that do not meet specifications.
• Sort, grade, and package harvested mushrooms efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the harvesting areas and surrounding facilities.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with other farm-related tasks as needed, such as substrate preparation or environmental monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
