Join UBS Group AG, a leading global financial institution, as a Compliance Officer. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, contributing to the integrity and reputation of our operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals fluent in English, as no German language skills are required. You will work within a dynamic, international team environment, focusing on diverse compliance matters within our financial services operations in Uster, Switzerland. This on-site role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Monitor, interpret, and implement regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
- Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to identify potential risks and gaps.
- Develop and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and guidance to business units on compliance matters and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities as required.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and escalations.
- Deliver compliance training to employees to foster a culture of compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during compliance audits.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive compliance records.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a compliance, legal, or risk management role within financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, MiFID II, FATCA, CRS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma).
- Experience with international financial regulations.
- Familiarity with compliance technology and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus, but not required.
