In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, contributing to the integrity and reputation of our operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals fluent in English, as no German language skills are required. You will work within a dynamic, international team environment, focusing on diverse compliance matters within our financial services operations in Uster, Switzerland. This on-site role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Monitor, interpret, and implement regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
• Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to identify potential risks and gaps.
• Develop and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide advice and guidance to business units on compliance matters and regulatory changes.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to authorities as required.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and escalations.
• Deliver compliance training to employees to foster a culture of compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during compliance audits.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive compliance records.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a compliance, legal, or risk management role within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, MiFID II, FATCA, CRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma).
• Experience with international financial regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance technology and data analytics tools.
