We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic E-learning Content Creator to join our dynamic team in Olten. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and curating engaging and effective educational content for our digital learning platforms. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to transform complex topics into easily digestible and interactive e-learning modules. Your creativity and passion for education will be key in delivering high-quality learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences and contribute to our mission of advancing digital education.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, courses, and other educational materials using various authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, ensure accuracy, and align with learning objectives.
• Apply instructional design principles to create interactive and effective learning experiences.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling scripts, storyboards, and content for multimedia elements (videos, animations, simulations).
• Integrate multimedia assets, quizzes, and assessments into e-learning courses.
• Review and edit existing content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.
• Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with team members to continuously improve content quality.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in e-learning content development and instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning content.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic graphic design and multimedia editing skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content publishing.
• Familiarity with video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Experience in educational content creation for the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
