Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a diligent and professional English-speaking Security Guard to join our corporate security team at our headquarters in Stuttgart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets by maintaining a highly visible and watchful presence. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations while upholding the highest standards of professionalism in an international corporate environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, and patrol premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Protect company property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities, individuals, or incidents to management and emergency services.
• Control access for employees, visitors, and contractors, verifying credentials and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Perform security checks, maintain detailed logs, and prepare comprehensive incident reports.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.
• Assist in emergency situations, including first aid, fire prevention, and evacuation procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English with international staff and visitors, providing directions and assistance as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with a diverse, international workforce.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to operate security equipment and systems, including CCTV and access control.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid security license or certification as required by German local regulations.

• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience working in a large corporate, automotive, or international business environment.
• Proficiency in German is an advantage.
• Ability to de-escalate conflict situations calmly and effectively.
