We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parsley Farm Assistant to join our team at Biohof Esterházy in Frauenkirchen. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a passion for sustainable agriculture, and are looking to gain hands-on experience in organic farming. Fluency in English is essential for team communication and understanding work instructions. You will be an integral part of our parsley cultivation process, from planting to harvesting, ensuring the highest organic standards are met.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of parsley crops.
• Perform general farm tasks, including weeding, watering, and soil preparation.
• Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and report findings to the farm manager.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Participate in post-harvest activities such as cleaning, sorting, and packaging parsley.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities and equipment.
• Adhere strictly to all organic farming standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, primarily communicating in English.
