We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team in Lyss, Switzerland. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and developing engaging, effective e-learning content for a diverse audience, covering a wide range of technical and soft skill topics. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and multimedia developers to transform complex information into accessible and impactful learning experiences. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, modules, and learning materials, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and pedagogical best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, identify target audience needs, and define learning outcomes.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create compelling and interactive learning solutions.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for multimedia content, including videos, animations, and simulations.
• Integrate assessment strategies and evaluation methods to measure learning effectiveness and course impact.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning theory.
• Provide guidance and feedback to content developers and multimedia specialists during the production phase.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, specifically with e-learning content development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging learning content.
• Experience in project management within an e-learning context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content publishing.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) or video editing software.
• Prior experience in an industrial technology or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in German or another Swiss national language.
